Humanity
“Fair labor and equitable human rights come first and foremost at BolderPathTM.”
Caring for People
Our approach to social sustainability maximizes human value along the supply chain. While green products will be more readily available in the manufacturing and promotional markets we serve, few products are priced to reflect the true costs of producing and delivering them. Fair labor and equitable human rights come first and foremost at BolderPathTM. Our employees and contracted craftspeople receive livable wages and we provide a clean and safe workplace, professional development, diverse training opportunities and a wide range of benefits including flexible scheduling, paid vacations, an EcoPass bus card, and access to full health coverage.

Creating Micro-economies
We’ve seen positive outcomes from our business model implemented in our own community and we believe it can be sustainably duplicated in other regions. Many of our clients are outside the State of Colorado, and while doing business with us is still amazingly more valuable than going overseas, it is the Bolder Path to satellite our operation and hire local people to divert your waste and process it, contract skilled craftspeople to produce your goods that we will train them to make. Implementing this model is directly related to the amount of business we conduct in a given region. So to better serve you and you’re community, we’re building a network of service providers and interested municipal and commercial clients that will give birth to BolderPath micro-economies around the country.
In and Out of Our Sphere of Influence
BolderPath is a small, successful company that is growing quickly. As we are able to influence and collaborate with more upstream and downstream partners, our goal is to develop human equity in commerce and resourcefulness and efficiency in our systems. If we can integrate technologies across multiple platforms and industries and implement smarter textile management processes, we will be able to repurpose millions of tons of waste and give people high quality products they can be truly proud to support.
Usable waste can be made into gear and products that we already buy on a continual basis. We need to reduce consumption, we need to stop throwing everything out, and we need to get wise about the environmental and social impacts of our buying habits. Everything we do is about people and our planet. But we’re no good to the Earth, if we can’t even take care of ourselves. BolderPath employees are trained that what they bring to work and to the world always starts with personal mastery. Only after being honest with ourselves and understanding our mental models of life can we begin to share the vision of a sustainable world.
