CAPACITY

General information about our capacity and lead times:

  • If you’re building less than 1,000 pieces per run, we probably won’t need to discuss it at all.
  • Certain materials present supply challenges if you aren’t providing an adequate amount. Neoprene, nylon banners, insulation textiles, and climbing ropes fall into this category often.

We have an extensive network of sewers with professional, industrial experience. Given enough advance notice, we can pull off just about any project. Capacity is usually limited more by available materials than by production ability. Certain wastes are harder to access in large quantities all at once. We’ll let know if there is an issue.

LEAD TIMES

Most projects receive an estimated 6 weeks out delivery date. Projects that require your waste have a start date when we are in possession of it. It takes about a month to repurpose your waste and build your product. Customizations like screen printing, custom components and fabrics and special packaging require more time at different rates. The more complex your project, the longer it will take. If we are videotaping or documenting your project, please allow extra time. Product Metrics are best delivered after your delivery date so we can include as much data as possible.

The greatest asset shared with clients is our creative base with which we integrate your waste or someone else’s into quality goods that meet your needs. Instead of ordering new fabrics or warehousing them by the boat load, we are receiving, sorting, cleaning, cutting and preparing waste material to be an exciting textile in your products. It takes a lot of human effort to build your products, and we hope that you won’t mind the wait.
