Assessing your materials

  • Rolled is better than folded
  • Indoor is a step up from outdoor use
  • Biodegradable materials are good for the earth but do not make as durable products
  • Some UV coatings prevent screen printing logos on
  • Prepping materials before shipping saves money and reduces your environmental footprint
  • We are glad to accept materials with slits and half-moons but they limit available material usage

*Maximizing graphics is chosen to hand-cut or efficiently process banners that have small and/or valuable logos or text that you want to position on the exposed flap or panel of a bag, tote or accessory. Depending on the details, your price and scrap rate will both increase. Investing more gives you more too. Consider the impact of seeing the original corporate logo or message from your advertising media prominently displayed on your custom product. It takes an artistic touch to capture your identity and transpose it onto your custom products. You'll also save money when you don't have to screen print as many pieces and lessen the need for applying new ink to your second-life products.
